Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all skincare items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Additionally, all original, one-of-a-kind art pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

All other products, including art prints, jewelry, and sewn accessories, may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@shaysharee.com within 7 days of delivery. Your email must include:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for the return
A clear photo of the item(s) as received

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any discounts or promotional pricing applied to the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@shaysharee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Skincare products
Original art pieces
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional

Refused or Late Returns

Items returned outside the approved return window, without authorization, or not meeting return conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
